YouTube star IShowSpeed will not be banned from the platform after he accidentally exposed himself during a live stream that went viral.
On August 16, the popular streamer was playing Five Nights at Freddy's, a horror game, when he got jumpscared by one of the characters. He reacted by thrusting his hip at the screen, but his shorts slipped and revealed his genitals to thousands of viewers.
He quickly ended the stream and deleted the video, but not before it was captured and shared online by many fans and critics.
Some people feared that he would face a permanent ban from YouTube, which has strict policies against nudity and sexual content. However, according to TMZ, YouTube confirmed that Speed will not be punished for the incident, as he removed the video himself and did not intend to violate the rules.
"He's good to continue streaming," a YouTube spokesperson told TMZ.
This is good news for Speed's fans, who have been supporting him on social media with hashtags like #FreeSpeed and #IShowMeat.
Speed is one of the most popular streamers on YouTube, with over 18 million subscribers. He is known for his energetic and humorous personality, as well as his music videos and rap songs.
He was previously banned from Twitch in 2021 for unknown reasons, and moved to YouTube as his main platform.
